To submit an inquiry, we request your name, email, phone number and real estate interest. You may also share context or a message. A phone number is required to complete the record, but providing it does not authorize calls or texts.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the requested service and maintain a professional record of our communication. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and on managing a potential professional relationship. We retain information only as long as necessary to respond and meet applicable legal obligations.

Email and communications

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Any recurring communication will require specific consent and provide a clear way to unsubscribe.

Calls, texts and virtual assistance

We will respect the channel you choose. If you select “Email only,” we will not use your phone number for calls or texts. If you select “Text message,” the specific authorization covers texts, not calls. Only if you select “Call or text” and provide that authorization may we call you; the initial contact may use automated technology or a virtual assistant with an artificial voice. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of hiring services or purchasing property. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing info@joaquinmiami.com.

Service providers

The website uses hosting, security and email providers that process data solely to provide those services. Google Analytics is configured with analytics storage denied by default. Before you accept—or if you decline—the tag may send limited cookieless measurements for aggregate statistics; advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. If you accept analytics, analytics storage is enabled so we can understand which pages are visited, how people reach the website and how it is used. You may accept or decline this option in the initial notice.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@joaquinmiami.com.
